For more information, go to: http://www.redwoodcity.org/phed/planning/eir/2580ECR_draft_eir.html. The City has adopted a ‘mixed-use corridor’ zoning district as part of their Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the City is currently working on ‘mixed-use neighborhood’ zoning district that will apply to the northern and southern edges of El Camino Real within Redwood City’s limits. Planning has received a conceptual submittal for a 44-unit assisted care facility on El Camino at Oakwood Avenue.
