The City of Menlo Park held its fourth City Council meeting on the Draft El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan. The City Council directed changes to the Plan, building on detailed recommendations from the Planning, Transportation, Housing, and Bicycle Commissions. The Plan is being revised to incorporate these recommendations, and work on the Final EIR is also proceeding. The Final Specific Plan and EIR are expected to be released in early 2012.
